Lila Rayle, the fourth annual Indianapolis Woman Dream Makeover winner, was officially revealed to the public at the Indianapolis Woman Dream Makeover Reveal Party presented by Kahlua. This elegant evening featured Rayle’s reveal against the beautiful downtown Indianapolis backdrop at the Omni Severin Hotel.
