Would love to win this! I need some spark. I am due with a baby on March 20th. This will make 5 BABIES in 3 YEARS!!!! ( I had a son on May 16, 2009 who sadly passed away because he was born prematurely. I had a daughter on May 30,2010. I had twins on March 4,2011 *was pregnant with triplets, but miscarried triplet*. I am due with a surprise *we decided not to find the gender out this time* on March 20,2012)

In May 2009 I was a size 22 (I had really let myself go and needed to take charge of my life after the passing of my son), by August I was a size 11 and pregnant. After I had my daughter I got down to a size 9 and was pregnant with TRIPLETS at my 6 week check up. I miscarried the triplet and had my twins. 3 months later I was a size 4 and pregnant again!!!! lol.
I am so ready to have my body back after being pregnant for so long I would love to be that cute little house wife… not the slumpy ol’ SAHM. I want to feel good when I look in the mirror. I want my husband and kids to be proud of me. I want to feel good and look good when running after a house full of kids… (I also have an 8 year old… )

Nominations are welcome! When filling out the application, use your mother’s information for name, age, occupation and photo. For email and phone number, put whoever will be the best point of contact. And, in your nomination essay, explain that you are nominating your mother and why.

I submitted an application of March 11. I never received an email confirmation. I called and spoke with someon.e She confirmed that the application had been received. My email address was wrong on the application, The person I spoke with was going to correct it and send a confirmation email. As of yet I have not received the email…..at least confirming my email address has been corrected.
Also, I didn’t see the time frame in print of when you make your decisions regarding the candidates. Approximately when does that occur? Hopefully I just didn’t overlook it.

Our judges are reading through applications and an email regarding semi-finalists will be sent in one to two weeks.

Our applicants have been narrowed down to the top 30 Semi Finalists. They have all been notified via email. If you did not received an email then we thank you for applying and wish you luck next year! We are working to update the contest information on our website.

That is the promotion I was referring to. Applications for next year’s makeover begin in December of 2011.

I go through the process of application but then a new screen pops up and its too big and won’t scroll down to actually “submit”..Any ideas??
